Scheduling Your First Appointment
Please call 617-423-3370 to schedule your first appointment. We'll be able to answer any questions you may have about scheduling, insurance, directions, etc.
We do have convenient online scheduling. You will be provided with a user name and password for your subsequent appointments.
Please note our cancellation policy: We realize that treatment often requires multiple visits over several weeks and schedules are not always flexible. 24 hours notice is required to cancel or change any appointment. If 3 of your last 10 scheduled appointments are not cancelled or changed with at least 24 hours notice, you will be charged a fee of $40. We ask that you pay the cancellation fee before your next visit.
